1. NON-BINDING RESERVATION
Confirmed for a specific vehicle, not for a group.
2. MINIMUM AGE OF DRIVER
The minimum age is stated separately for each vehicle.
3. DOCUMENTS REQUIRED TO CONCLUDE A VEHICLE RENTAL CONTRACT
A valid identity document (ID card or passport) and a driving licence of the relevant group valid in the Slovak Republic. In the case of companies, it is also necessary to submit an extract from the Commercial Register or Trade Register and a power of attorney to sign the contract and take over the vehicle if the contract is signed by a person other than the person indicated in the extract from the Commercial Register or Trade Register.
4. MINIMUM RENTAL PERIOD
24 hours, delay tolerance is 60 minutes.
5. EXTENSION OF THE RENTAL AGREEMENT
In the event that the tenant wishes to extend the rental period, we recommend that the tenant notify the landlord of this request as soon as possible so that we can do our best to accommodate the tenant. Any extension of the lease must be paid before the start of the extended lease term.

7. OTHER DRIVER
The vehicle is always rented to one driver. A one-off fee is payable for each additional driver. The amount of the fee is shown in the FEE SCHEDULE section.
8. DROP-OFF/PICK-UP
There is no charge for parking a vehicle at the branch during business hours.
For rentals longer than 1 day, parking in the city of Trenčín is free of charge.
Free parking is valid for rentals longer than 1 month within the Slovak Republic.
Parking of vehicles outside working hours by prior arrangement for a fee.
Parking of vehicles for 1 day within the city of Trenčín for a fee.
Parking of vehicles outside the address of the branch or the city of Trencin for a fee.
9. PARKING / HANDING OVER THE VEHICLE
Free parking of the vehicle at the branch during working hours and outside the branch.
Free parking of vehicles for rentals longer than 1 day within the city of Trenčín.
Vehicle parking outside the branch address for a fee.
Vehicle parking outside working hours by prior arrangement for a fee.
Parking of vehicles for 1 day within the city of Trencin for a fee.
Towing the vehicle for more than 1 month outside the address of the branch for a fee.
11. PAYMENT
We accept credit or debit card payments (Visa, Visa Electron, Visa PayWave, Maestro, MasterCard, MasterCard Electronic), we do not accept American Express, Diners Club. We charge a fee for cash payments... In case of legal entities, invoicing is possible. Payment for the rental is to be made at the latest upon receipt of the vehicle.
12. TAX
All prices quoted on this website are inclusive of 20% VAT.

All vehicles are insured with statutory and breakdown insurance. The Hirer is responsible for damage to the vehicle up to the excess. The excess can be reduced by purchasing a FULL WARRANTY. Any damage to the rented vehicle must be reported to the police. In case of use of drugs, alcoholic beverages or other intoxicating substances, the renter is liable for the full amount of damage to the vehicle. For an insurance claim, the registration certificate and keys must be presented, otherwise the renter is liable for the full amount of damage to the vehicle.
14. SECURITY DEPOSIT
We require a refundable security deposit upon collection of the vehicle, the amount of which is stated for each vehicle on our website. The security deposit can be paid upon collection of the vehicle by credit card (cash payment is not possible). The security deposit is to cover damages not covered by collision insurance, irreparable soiling and damage to the interior of the vehicle. If the vehicle is properly returned, the deposit will be refunded in full.
15. CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
Customers may cancel a binding reservation free of charge if they notify the Lessor 3 days before the start date of the rental of the vehicle.
In the event of cancellation less than 3 days prior to the start of the vehicle rental, an administration fee of 30% of the agreed rental value will be charged.

16. ACCIDENTS AND BREAKDOWNS
The hirer is obliged to report any damage to the hirer immediately by telephone or email. In the event of an accident, natural disaster, third party intrusion into the vehicle or theft of the vehicle, the Hirer is obliged to report the incident to the police and request proof of the investigation carried out. Vehicles are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, any repairs must be arranged by the manufacturer's authorized service center and require free repair upon presentation of the service booklet, unless otherwise agreed with the lessor.
